Great job on Mountain Peaks. I'll have to put that pattern on my wishlist. The colors for the BF Harmony you chose are gorgeous. I think it wants to be a stole rather than a shawl. I made Cozy from Knitty using the BF Primero and I'm planning on using the Harmony I have (also from SW '06) to make another one this fall.

So pretty!! Congrats! It came out great :-)

It came out great!

I was just listening to a Cast-on podcast and they we're talking about the inspiration for the shawl. It really is beautiful--you did a great job!

Gorgeous! :)

wow... you have inspired me to try this! I just happen to have a couple skeins of knitpicks laceweight in my stash that I've been wanting to do something with! This will be my first lace charting project, too... hope its not too hard ;)

Lovely, just lovely!!

That is so beautiful!! You've inspired me to complete my first shawl!! It's been hanging around waiting to be completed for about two months now!

Gorgeous! Thanks for sharing the photos.

Gorgeous! You did a great job altering the border!

I found your blog from Miriam’s. I’m also contemplating doing the Mountain Peaks pattern for some black mohair I have that doesn’t seem to want to be what I originally started with it. I've got about the same yardage of my black as you did of this yarn, so I'd be interested in hearing more about how you alterred the edging.
